Butterfly Effect: tools for an effective D.E.O.R
Polish SIR’s members: Urszula Mars, Adam Bednarek and Szymon Ciach have come to sunny Calabria for the Butterfly Effect Project training course. Their main aim was to develop knowledge of managing youth activation projects by sharing experiences with our partners from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Italy, Moldova, Portugal, Romania. We do really appreciate opportunity of exchanging ideas with such intelligent and open-minded people from all over Europe.
Hard work over D.E.O.R. strategies and development of the future projects dissemination resulted in acquiring knowledge of practical aspects of managing projects. In particular, the use of graphic tools in order to create a flyer is no longer difficult to us. Moreover, participation in workshops dedicated to organizing a conference made us aware of how complex issue is that.
While free time we managed to visit magnificent Pizzo. Typical Calabrian landscape at sunset connected with Italian food (especially local tartufo) was the perfect ending to the perfect day. Still in front of our eyes rises paradise called Tropea with unusual beaches and a little monastery on top of rocky hill in the middle. Life is good!
We also had unspoken pleasure to introduce others participants to Polish culture. We hope they felt the spirit of a Polish party and learned some interesting facts about the country, where The Unbelievable Happens. Participants faced a series of contests and tried some of Polish products with famous Żubrówka amongst them.
What made this project remarkable, its the finest people and perfect balance between work and fun.
