“Youth entrepreneurship for inclusion”
This project was organised thanks to Erasmus+ Acreditation in the sector of Youth which our NGO obtained for the period 2022-24.
The main aim of this mobility was: Increasing the chances of European youth on the labor market and a better fit to current challenges in 2023 through direct access to the education program to a group of 40 young people, including those identifying themselves as people with fewer opportunities on labor market, and through additional promotional activities and disseminating results reaching to a wider group of several hundred young people.
The youth exchange itself has taken place on 23-31.08.2023 in Poronin, Poland. It was attended by young people from 5 countries: Poland, Ireland, Lithuania, Hungary, and Spain, 7 youth plus 1 leader from each country, a total of 40 people. The main methods of work were – workshops, presentations, discussion on the forum, happening, conversations with residents, tourists, peers, working with social media, using English, evaluation activities, national evenings, reflections and impressions. Each of us participated in the project through involvement and support for colleagues, active participation in the implementation of the schedule, gaining knowledge and exchanging opinions. After the exchange each participant and organisation was involved in dissemination activities, including promotion in social media channels. During the workshops, the participants worked on writing CVs and cover letters. The templates they prepared are available HERE.
