„With healthy lifestyle for inclusion”
24.08-1.09.2024 – Erasmus+ KA1 Youth exchange
This Erasmus project includes teams from Poland, Ireland, Lithuania, Cyprus and Italy. The motiv of this project is to learn and practice the inclusion of a healthy lifestyle. For this erasmus + project, the group practiced different physical activites in the morning led by different national teams. It was a great way to practice healthy lifestyle and to energise everyone on the project from different cultures. At night we enjoyed a variety of foods from different cultures to understand inclusion. The group experienced a different kind of healthy lifestyle in Poronin in Poland while showing others their own ways. The project includes everyone to discuss the inclusion of a healthy lifestyle. The participants have also prepared short inspirational movies which you can watch below. The films show various aspects of social inclusion and healthy lifestyle problems and proposals from the perspective of young people. The project was financed by the European Union.
