Evaluation of “Start it up – young entrepreneurs” project after 3 months
The project with the contract number 2017-3-PL01-KA105-047027 was carried out on 01.03. – 31/05/2018, with a grant from the Erasmus + Program. Its main activity was the exchange of youth implemented from 30/04/2015 to 06/06/2018. You can read more about the project here: http://sir.edu.pl/start-it-up-young-entrepreneurs/
Three months after the project, we made available an anonymous online survey among the participants of the project, which was aimed at checking the long-term impact of the project on the attitude and activity of the participants, among others in terms of involvement in Erasmus + as well as in the subject of entrepreneurship. At the time of publication of this article, we received feedback from 34 of 36 participants, or more than 94% of people taking part in the exchange. We asked 8 questions, below we present their aggregate results. After discussing them with our partners, we are very happy. Above all, we are happy about the fact that virtually everyone fully remembers the project, exchange and activity, which proves that they were well prepared and memorable. The durability of educational effects should also be assessed high, as evidenced by two successive charts. Interesting is the fact that one person as a result of participation has changed its approach to entrepreneurship to a more negative one, probably our project has helped to dispel doubts or misconceptions. We are very pleased with the results of the next two questions. 70% of participants after the exchange either undertake real entrepreneurial activities or have them planned by the end of the year. This shows the very strong impact of our actions on the determination and motivation of young people. Even more can be satisfied with the fact that 85% of us have been involved in further Erasmus + projects or work in youth organizations. To sum up, 97% of participants in the project a few months after the meeting still think that it was needed, brought positive results and would definitely recommend it to friends, peers. The Polish group is very happy that everyone assessed the general organization of the project well or very well, and we recognize the only negative vote as someone’s accidental mistake
