Let’s be friends – contact making seminar
The main aim of this project was to make new, solid contacts and the cooperation of youth organizations. In 5-day seminar participants shared their experience, ideas, plans for the future and they found potential partners for collaboration. During the seminar partakers presented their organizations, previous experience with “Youth” Program (for a half of organizations it was the first contact with the “Youth” Program). All associations have prepared some materials about their ideas and the future projects before coming to Poland and after that, during the seminar, they made presentations about their plans and visions of the future cooperation on the international field. The success of the seminar mostly resulted from the professional praparation and commitment of all participants. There were also some workshops during which all partakers got to know each other and shared their previous experience in leading their associations. During one workshop they worked in international teams and made up ideas of organizing and the character of the future projects. The most interesting points of the seminar were the every day evening presentations of previous projects made by all organizations. After such presentations all questions and doubts were explained (about preparation, leading, evaluation, continuation and finances of the projects they had organized). We think that that 5-day seminar gave all participants chance to make firm contacts and common plans. Now is the time of waiting for the visible results. We hope that the commitment we put into CMS may be the guarantee of the future cooperation and the activity between international organizations.
